- Is there a minimum order value? - There is no minimum order value.
- How do I know if my order is being processed?- You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed with a courier tracking number.
- Can I cancel my order? - Pre-orders and Backorders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us via email at assistance @ uddajackets.com, as soon as possible. Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully submitted.
- Can I change my order once it has been confirmed? - Once an order has been successfully submitted you are unable to change your order.
- Can I place an order by E-mail, post or fax? - We do not accept orders by the above mentioned. We recommend using the online store, or visiting a retail outlet.
- I don’t normally purchase UK sizing. How will I know what size I am? – Please visit the Men and Woman Sizing guide for conversions. They are located under the Information Section. Navigate by rolling your cursor over Shop and you will find the Information Section.
- Where can I find specific information about each individual jacket? - Our product page provides details on each jacket, which may include inspiration, fit and features.
- Where does UDDA Ship from? - All of UDDA jackets are shipped from the United Kingdom.
- Do you ship Internationally? - UDDA Jackets ship internationally to every DHL destination.
- How much will shipping Cost? - Shipping costs are calculated by DHL from the United Kingdom to your address.
- Can I ship to multiple addresses? – At this time, we can only ship each order to a single address. To ship to multiple addressed please place a separate order for each location.
- Can I ship to a PO Box? - Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please contact us via email at assistance @ uddajackets.com.
- Is a signature required upon delivery of my order? - For security reasons, all UDDA Jacket online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by DHL. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender.
- How can I track my order? – UDDA Jackets Gucci will send you l emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase which will include a tracking number from DHL.
- How long will it take to receive my shipment? – UDDA Jackets use DHL express which can take between 3-7 days depending on where in the world you are located.
- Are there any import duties or taxes? - You may need to pay import duty and local sales taxes if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union You should be able to find out further information and an approximate value if applicable from your local government’s website.
